Tasks can be accomplished manually, automated on any schedule you set, or performed in realtime. Synchronization can be one-way or bi-directional, and can be set to delete files on the destination directory which are not present in the source directory, delete source files after task is completed, shut down Windows on completion, and many other useful options.
